CAMP GIRL BOSS IS PUSHING THE LIMITS OF YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Camp Starts June 1st

Our Curriculum is a more modern approach to teaching young girls how to be entrepreneurial leaders in today’s world. We cover topics like Social Enterprise Models, Becoming an Influencer, Product Development, Social Media Marketing, Conflict Resolution, Public Speaking, Market Research, and more! The Camp Girl Boss program doesn’t teach to the antiquated Business Plan, we spend the entire program working to build a single-page ecommerce website, with a custom logo, social media markteing strategy, headshot, and a 60-second video Pitch. These girls get to learn real-world tactics and tools for being successful in business!

#CampGirlBoss is a powerful virtual camp experience for girls between the ages of 10 – 13 years old, presented by the Sequoyah Fund, a non-profit CDFI located in Cherokee, NC.

In 2018, the inaugural camp was held on campus at UNC Asheville and was taught by some of the most successful women leaders from across WNC. During the summer of 2019, there were 10 camps hosted around Western North Carolina. Coming up in 2020, the Camp will be offered virtually across America.
